Just minutes after I wrapped up my last post, Jack looked at me with the biggest eyes and the sweetest smile and said, "Mommy, you're the best miracle ever!".

The last few days, I've felt like I was hardly keeping my head above water. And suddenly, his words of kindness almost make me forget that we're all sick and that there is a dirty house and a pile of laundry staring me in the face. Maybe I've been doing better than I thought.
