Spencer came over to hang out today. As per usual, the boys played amazingly sweet together. Watching them is such a delight for me because they just really seem to get each other, and I am always so reminded of the unique relationship I share with my dear cousin, Amy. Today's jam-packed agenda included playing Pirates, Dinosaurs, Indiana Jones and na na na na na na na na Batman. As it turned out, Spencer wanted to be Batman and Jack wanted to be the Joker "because he's the funniest guy". (Can you tell he knows nothing about Batman?) However, Jack absolutely refused to be a bad guy "because bad guys aren't funny!". So, in a surprising turn of events, Batman was the bad guy and the Joker was all good - at least at our house today!
We also spent alot of time outside playing with the water hose. Ah, the JOY of summer - and Cousins!

Cousins are so much fun! What a blessing for Jack's cousin to be so close!
Aw!! They are just precious. Reminds me of us too..What good times we had and I know Jack and Spencer are growing up the same way. How awesome that is!!!! Miss you and love you!
